ggt999 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ggt999 website at ggt999.pro and all associated sub-domains, mobile web applications, and gaming interfaces operated by ggt999.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's ggt999 account at any given time, including real-money balance and any bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit added to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Intellectual Property" means all content on the Platform including but not limited to software, game engines, logos, graphics, text, and interface design, all of which remain the exclusive property of ggt999 or its licensors.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ggt999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through ggt999 or any other gambling operator.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
• You have not previously had a ggt999 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

ggt999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. Providing false registration information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any Player Balance held at the time of closure.

3 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the ggt999 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ggt999 reserves the right to close all but the original account, cancel all pending bets and withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds across all duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ggt999 support immediately via the contact address provided on this site. ggt999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ggt999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your ggt999 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods for players in Bangladesh currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ggt999 may update the list of accepted payment methods at any time.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ggt999 by default, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Player Balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

ggt999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or receiving funds deposited by a third party into your account, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of all associated transactions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your ggt999 account. This anti-money-laundering control exists to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. ggt999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds in your account must be fully met. Real-money balances that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold in force at the time of the request.

ggt999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification requirements. ggt999 cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ggt999 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are present in your account, real-money funds will be used first for wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ggt999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or a technical error in the offer configuration.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds during that period.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ggt999 are subject to the individual sport and market rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

Key general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may fluctuate before confirmation; the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are final.
• ggt999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by a clear pricing error, system fault, or irregular betting patterns indicating match manipulation.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. bgt999 reserves the right to reject any in-play bet if the event outcome has already been determined at the time of bet submission.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Player Balance promptly following official result confirmation by the relevant sporting body.
• ggt999 applies a maximum payout limit per event per player. Details of applicable limits are available from the support team.

8 Casino & Game Rules

Casino games available on ggt999 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are each governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are advised to read the game rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) information before wagering.

All casino game outcomes on ggt999 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. ggt999 does not modify or influence game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ggt999's system will complete the round using the last valid game state recorded on the server. The resulting outcome is final.

ggt999 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own gaming strategy or decisions. Casino game results are inherently random and past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

9 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which your account will automatically log out.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ggt999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggt999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit pricing errors.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you have misrepresented your location to circumvent such restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ggt999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggt999 Platform — including but not limited to the ggt999 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ggt999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ggt999 Platform without prior written authorisation from ggt999. Unauthorised use of ggt999 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ggt999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. ggt999 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication related to your account and promotions you have opted into.

ggt999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ggt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if ggt999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ggt999's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with these Terms, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggt999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. ggt999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ggt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ggt999's operating jurisdiction under its international licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by ggt999.

To initiate a dispute, Players must first contact ggt999 customer support in writing at the email address shown on this site and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for ggt999 to investigate and respond before escalating the matter further. ggt999 aims to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ggt999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and ggt999 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
